Letters to Andy Warhol presented by Cadillac
Liaisons implemented the Miami VIP and general public marketing strategy for The Andy Warhol Museum’s travelling exhibition: Letters to Andy Warhol presented by Cadillac. This included an ultra-VIP cocktail and dinner hosted by Craig Robins and Jackie Soffer. The concept and décor of the event showcased Warhol with elements such as a Warhol “factory,” custom-made “Have a Coke with Andy” Coca-Colas and a Warhol-inspired photo booth. Liaisons carefully handpicked a 50-person guest list of local museum directors, high-net worth art collectors, Art Basel gallery owners and Miami’s design-minded. Notable guests included Patrick Moore, George and Darling Perez, Barbara Becker, and Inés Rivero.
Liaisons also implemented the exhibition’s marketing campaign aimed at the general Miami public. This involved community engagement initiatives such as a program for schools to increase youth attendance. Liaisons partnered with local institutions to give access to members, making the exhibition accessible to the Miami community at large.
